Schutzworks Client Data Policy

1. Our Philosophy

We believe in building tools that scale high-leverage consulting, but never at the expense of client confidentiality. This policy defines exactly how we handle your data, giving you absolute control over how your information is used.

2. Your Consent Options

When booking a session, you are presented with two clear choices. Here is precisely what they mean:

Option A: ✅ Standard (Anonymized Training)

• What it means: You grant Schutzworks permission to process the transcript of our session to train and improve our internal AI tools (specifically “Schutzduck”).

• The Safety Guarantee: Before any data enters our AI training set, it passes through a strict “Anonymization Gate”:

  • Identity Stripped: Your name, your company’s name, and employee names are replaced with generic tags (e.g., [Client], [Company]).

  • Numbers Generalized: Specific financials or trade secrets are generalized (e.g., “$1.2M EBITDA” becomes “low seven figures”).

• The Result: The AI learns how we solve problems (the logic and syntax) without knowing who had the problem.

Option B: 🔒 Private (Strictly Confidential)

• What it means: Your session is treated with traditional consulting confidentiality.

• The Guarantee: The recording and transcript are stored securely. They are never processed, read, or trained upon by our AI models. They exist solely for our human reference.

Note: This policy covers data usage after recording. Recording consent is obtained separately at meeting start.

3. Data Storage & Architecture

• Infrastructure: We utilize enterprise-grade AI and cloud infrastructure providers (currently Google Cloud Platform, OpenAI, Supabase, and Anthropic). We strictly utilize commercial/API tiers which contractually ensure that your data is not used to train their public foundation models. Your data remains confined to our private, encrypted database or stateless API processing that retains no conversation history.

• The “Air Gap”: Our training database is completely decoupled from your personal identifiers. We maintain a secure, offline "Linkage Key" that allows us—and only us—to identify which anonymous file belongs to you.

4. Your Rights (Revocation)

You maintain the “Right to be Forgotten.” If you select Standard today but change your mind later, you may email us at any time. Upon receipt, we will execute our deletion procedures to permanently purge your data from our AI systems within 30 days.
