Schutzworks Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session, engaging with our free resources, or participating in introductory consultations with Schutzbank Enterprises, LLC (doing business as “Schutzworks”), you agree to these terms. If you enter into a separate written agreement (a “Client Contract”) with us, the terms of that specific contract shall control.
2. Nature of Services (Consulting Only)
Schutzworks provides strategic perspective, coaching, and advisory services based on human expertise.
Not Professional Advice: For all complimentary or pre-contract interactions, our comments are for informational and brainstorming purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or binding strategic advice.
No Fiduciary Duty: Unless established by a separate signed contract, no fiduciary relationship exists between you and Schutzworks.
3. Intellectual Property & AI Training
Your IP: You retain full ownership of any business data or trade secrets you share with us during calls.
Our Product Development: You acknowledge that Schutzworks develops AI products (”Schutzduck”). By engaging in a session where “Standard” consent is granted, you agree that Schutzworks may use the anonymized patterns and logic derived from our interaction to train and improve these internal AI models, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Ownership: Schutzworks retains sole ownership of the resulting AI models, methodologies, and aggregated insights. This ownership extends to all underlying content, including spoken presentations, webinars, and any derived transcripts; the public availability of such recordings on third-party platforms does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Schutzbank Enterprises, LLC (and Andrew Schutzbank) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our free content or introductory advice. You assume full responsibility for your business decisions.
5. Privacy & Recording
Our collection and use of your data are governed by our Client Data Policy. By participating in a recorded session (where you have selected “Standard” consent), you agree to the processing of your anonymized data for the purposes described above.
